Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula says his party has not formally joined the proposed National Super Alliance adding that it is yet to be formed formerly.
Wetangula’s remarks comes slightly a day after several opposition parties including Ford Kenya, met at Bomas of Kenya to rally for unity.
The Bungoma senator said the opposition team is yet to put the proposed alliance on paper contrary to perception of many Kenyans.
“Ford Kenya has not joined National super Alliance because it is yet to be formed. We shall inform our supporters formerly as soon we craft the alliance,” he said.
“At the moment we have only given room for the opposition to expand before we come up with substance. That is my take and so for now I am keen to popularize Ford Kenya,” he added.
Wetangula has been at loggerheads with Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi, who is the brainchild behind opposition’s NASA.
