Three Ford Kenya party rebels failed to appear before the party's Disciplinary Committee for disciplinary measures after they decamped the Moses Wetangula-led party to President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee.

Turkana County senator John Munyes, Turkana East MP Nicholas Ng’ikor and Lunga Lunga lawmaker snubbed summons by the Committee Thursday, which is chaired by Justice Richard Kuloba, for undisclosed reasons.

The trio were expected to show-cause why they should not be de-registerd from the party and their seats declared vacant for a by-election in their respective regions.

They were also expected to explain their association with Jubilee party.

Other members of the Ford Kenya disciplinary committee include Nasra Sahal- a Member of County Assembly in Wajir County, Lwande Oneko and Cynthia Mutere.

The move come few days after Wiper party defectors failed to appear before the party's disciplinary committee to show-cause why they should not be expelled, and their seats declared vacant.

The Wiper MPs claimed they do not recognise the disciplinary committee members.
