Foreign envoys praised President Uhuru Kenyatta over his commitment to the rule of law.

Five new envoys lauded the president on Friday when they paid him a courtesy call at State House saying his observance to the rule of law should be emulated by other leaders.

The envoys were led by Ugandan High Commissioner to Nairobi Awere Phibby Otaala.“On behalf of the President and people of Uganda I would like to congratulate you on your peaceful campaign which the whole world has been watching,” Otaala said.

She added: “When Kenya is not happy Uganda will not be happy.”The new envoys included Awere Phibby Otaala (Uganda), Alison Chartres (Australia), Denys Toscano (Ecuador), Myint Swe (Myanmar) and Wilhelm von Trott (the Sovereign Military Order of Malta)
