Tanzania and Zimbabwean opposition leaders, Edward Lowassa, and Tendai Biti are some of the invited guests from Africa.

Political parties from Russia, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, India, China, Cuba, Britain, Canada and Jamaica have also been invited. 

However, according to the Star, the list of invited head of states has remained confidential and also inner circles of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto are aware of it.

Delegates from thirteen different parties on Thursday passed a resolution to dissolve and form the Jubilee party.
