An Ethiopian national Ali Elema Wario has been charged in connection to Deputy President William Ruto's home attack.
He pleaded guilty to the charge of bypassing Kenya's immigration rules by residing on the Kenyan side at the border town of Moyale without a valid visa.
He admitted the charge on Thursday when he appeared before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot.
He is said to be an accomplice of a terror suspect who was gunned down at Deputy President William Ruto’s residence in July.
