Watamu MCA Ibrahim Matumbo has told Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) leader Raila Odinga to forget his presidential ambition.Speaking in Mjanaheri in Kilifi County during a Jubilee forum attended by Kilifi North MP Gideon Munga’ro and his Magarini counterpart Harrison Kombe, Matumbo said National Super Alliance's (NASA) determination to take over power in August is a far fetched dream. The MCA said Jubilee's leaders in the Coast region will ensure President Uhuru Kenyatta retains his seat come August.Matumbo asked Coast leaders to urge residents to back Uhuru's re-election, in a bid to continue enjoying the fruits of development. He further accused the opposition of failing to cater for the needs of Coast residents. The MCA's remarks come as Jubilee leaders pitch tent at the Coast region, an opposition stronghold, as they seek to woo supporters ahead of the August 8 polls.
