Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has said that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto will not get votes in Ukambani in the forthcoming general elections.
Speaking at Suswa grounds in Narok, Kalonzo said Jubilee has no support from the region.
He also asked the ruling party not to use chiefs to intimidate the electorate.
"Jubilee should stop threatening chiefs. There is no Jubilee vote in Ukambani. And today Uhuru was shocked when residents of Wote told him Jubilee was not welcome in the area," he said.
The former vice president was speaking after President Kenyatta and his brigade were heckled during their rally in Wote, Makueni County.
Recent polls show that Nasa presidential candidate Raila Odinga enjoys massive support of this region.
Uhuru is banking on the support of Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and other Jubilee leaders from the region to retain get votes.
