Former AFC Leopards captain Lucas Indeche is now one of the high-profile names on the list of free agents after being released by Kenya Premier League (KPL) side Bandari FC.
Indeche joined the Dockers' on a six-month loan deal during the January transfer window but game time has been hard to come by during his stint at the Mombasa-based side.Coach Paul Nkata trusted veteran goalie Wilson Obungu, something that rendered Indeche surplus to requirements at the club."I have given my best to the team, and was always in the match day squad, unfortunately no chance came my way," said the former Sony Sugar custodian."I did not have an opportunity to play for the team. I cannot say that I did not impress, because if that was the case, then it could have been hard on me to be in the 18-man squad. Right now, I am open to offers and of I get a team interested in my services, without a doubt, I will sign for it," he added, as quoted by goal.com.Indeche becomes the third player to leave Bandari during the current transfer window following the departures of Dan Sserunkuma and Musa Mudde.
