A Jubilee Member of Parliament who died of a heart attack had questioned why one of the judges of the Supreme Court was not present during the reading of crucial judgment.
Immediate former Bomachoge Borabu MP Joel Onyancha wondered why Judge Smokin Wanjala was absent from the bench during the reading of the full judgment on the nullification of presidential results.
In a screenshot of a what’s app message which has now emerged, the late MP is seen questioning why the judge had taken a trip outside the country during the reading.
“Why should Justice Smokin Wanjala be traveling outside the country on such a historic date? Mimi nimeenda ( I am gone),” the mp is quoted in the message shared by Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria.
