Former students of Nairobi Aviation College are unhappy with the expose done by local TV station that allegedly termed most of the college’s certificates fake.
According to Debra Aosa, a former student in the college and currently working at Kisii County as a clerk, the expose was unfair, since they covered the lessons required and time needed for the entire course that they underwent.
“The expose would have entirely or randomly interviewed past students of the college or used other criteria before airing the entire clip, which to me, I regard as lies and which may be used by other competitors to bring the college down” said Aosa.
She also added that the expose may make those who got their certificates genuinely lose the credibility and confidence, since most employees will look down on them.
This comes after a local television channel aired an expose called Certificate of doom, which allegedly exposed how Nairobi Aviation students acquire certificates without proper learning procedures, and at the same time indicating that the institution did not have proper facilities.
The expose led to students from the institute to go on rampage, demanding answers whether or not the institute was genuinely registered.
