Former Harambee stars goalkeeper Mahmoud Mohammed is dead.

The footballer died on Monday night at his Sega home in Mombasa county, after suffering from a long illness. 

Popularly known as 'Kenya one ' durring his playing days, Mahmoud raised the bar in goalkeeping in Kenya.

Born on May 1 1949, Mahmoud breathe his last at 68-years-old.
