Former Ingwe defender Jackson Saleh has vowed to help his new team Sofapaka win trophies in the 2018 season.

The former Leopards skipper is one of the new faces signed by the 2017 league runners-up and has said he is optimistic they will have a successful stint in 2018.

"Sofapaka is a big club as 2009 champions. I'm here for a good course which is to form one of the most water-tight defenses in KPL," he said.

"The squad is a blend of youth and experience and I'm confident that with hard work we can achieve our targets," he added as quoted on the club portal.

Batoto ba Mungu will be his fifth employers in the KPL after he previously featured for Western Stima, Ingwe, Gor Mahia and Nakumatt.
