[Photo|nation.co.ke]Former Westlands MP Fred Gumo's son, is in police custody.Magero Gumo was arrested for jumping bail in a case where he is accused of causing death by reckless driving, on April 3, 2015.Police executing warrant of arrest orders arrested him, as his lawyers sought to lift it.He allegedly killed Victor Kabaka Inyanje, a court prosecutor, and injuring several passengers in other vehicles, during a road crash in Westlands.Gumo however denied causing the death of Inyanje, by hitting his car, and driving under the influence of alcohol, according to the Daily Nation.Gumo appeared before Kibera Law Courts, Wednesday, where he was arrested after asking the court to lift a warrant of arrest against him, for skipping court sessions, including a visit to the scene of the accident along Waiyaki Way.He was ordered to be remanded until Thursday August 24, where he would appear in court, ahead of the mentioning of the case, on September 12.
