Former Eldama Ravine MP Musa Cherutich Sirma has been sued by a Nakuru-based Law Firm for failure to pay for services given.
In an affidavit filed at the law courts, Gordon Ogola, Kipkoech & co. Advocates through lawyer Bernard Kipkoech Ngetich accused the former legislature of not paying attention to the agreement of service after he was represented by the firm in a land tussle case.
According to Lawyer Ngetich, Sirma owes the firm shillings 1,938,870.
The former legislature had been sued by a Nakuru business woman, Pamela Mogaka, over a land tussle.
Kipkoech requested the court to compel Sirma pay the dues fully.
The case will be heard on October 10.
