Keter, 60, is reported to have passed on on Monday while being rushed to hospital after developing health complications.He represented the constituency from 2013-2017 on a Kanu ticket. He however lost the seat to his political rival Nelson Koech of Jubilee party during the August 8, elections.The former legislator had retired to Kaptoboiti home after his defeat.
