Former ODM Women Congress chairperson Grace Mboja is dead.Mama ODM , as she was popularly referred to, died on Thursday afternoon at the Coast General Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU).Mboja was admitted to the hospital three days ago after suffering a second stroke.According to her daughter, Mariam Kadzo, Mboja passed away at around 1 pm.Kadzo said her mother’s condition worsened in the morning, The Star has reported.Mama ODM served as a member of the ODM National Executive Council before defecting to Jubilee Party last year.She was received by Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya at Krapf grounds.Mboja also worked at Kenneth Kamto’s office as a gender adviser when he was Kilifi Deputy Governor. Kamto also ditched Raila Odinga's ODM party for joined President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee party.
