A 60-year-old former policeman on Monday appeared before a Kisumu chief magistrate court facing charges of alleged burglary.
The accused, Mike Mahambe, denied the charges before Kisumu Chief Magistrate Catherine Auma for the offence he allegedly committed in June 15, this year in Kisumu’s Milimani Estate.
