Former Devolution PS Peter Mangiti himself contracted The Consulting House contrary to his claims before the National Assembly Public Accounts Committee that the company was solely head hunted by former CS Ann Waiguru, political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi has said.

In a post on his twitter timeline, Mr Mr Ngunyi said his company did its job in the NYS restructuring.

Appearing before the parliamentary committee on Wednesday, Mr Mangiti, who was sacked over the Shs791M NYS scam said Ngunyi’s firm was single sourced by Waiguru.

The The Consulting House was reportedly paid Sh102 million for drawing up a five-point programme for youth empowerment.
