Former Likoni MP Masoud Mwahima has predicted a massive victory for President Uhuru Kenyatta in the repeat presidential election slated for October 26.Mwahima who lost the Likoni seat to Mishi Mboko in the recently concluded general election said Uhuru has everything he needs to win the repeat poll.Speaking to journalists in Mombasa on Sunday, Mwahima said Uhuru will be re-elected with over five million votes.Mwahima said President Uhuru has the numbers to beat NASA leader Raila Odinga for the third time.The former Raila ally said Uhuru's development track record will ensure his win in the repeat poll."Uhuru has the numbers and the development track record to send NASA leader Raila Odinga to political retirement,” said Mwahima, as quoted by the Nation.The former MP also argued that Coast region will not vote for NASA in the repeat presidential poll, adding that the region is now a Jubilee zone as residents are tired of the opposition's empty rhetoric.Mwahima said NASA has no direction and agenda for the country, and accused the opposition coalition of planning to plunge the country into chaos in order to avoid the repeat presidential poll.Mwahima ditched ODM in 2015 and joined President Uhuru’s Jubilee party.He lost the Likoni seat to Mishi Mboko of ODM in the August 8 polls.
