Former Kwale Woman Representative Zainab Chidzuga has predicted a landslide win for President Uhuru Kenyatta in repeat presidential election slated for October 17.
Chidzuga who was floored in the recently concluded general election says that Uhuru’s re-election is unstoppable.
The former Woman Rep said that Kenyans have confidence with President Kenyatta’s leadership and will endorse his second term.
“I don’t see Uhuru Kenyatta losing re-election because he has the numbers compared to his competitor Raila Odinga,” she said on Monday as quoted by the Daily Nation.
The former ODM MP asked Odinga to prepare for his political deathbed. She said that it is it time for the former Prime Minister (PM) to exit politics, adding that he will be forced out on October 17.
Chidzuga vowed to work with other Jubilee politicians to ensure Uhuru garners all the Coast votes.
The former Woman Rep lost the seat to Zuleikha Juma Hassan of ODM and is among Coast politicians likely to be gifted prestigious government positions if President Uhuru Kenyatta wins re-election in the repeat poll slated for October 17.
