Noor said that the purported list of delegates should be revoked because county party members and officials were not involved in its making.

He added that delegates who will attend the jubilee party national delegates’ conference should be vetted at the county level before being sent to Nairobi.

Speaking Monday in Nakuru town, Noor said that it is wrong for an individual to single handedly purport to determine which delegates will represent the county at the national delegates conference without following party rules.

“The party has not issued guidelines on how the delegates will be selected and it’s wrong for any person to purport to be picking people and his friends in the name of picking delegates,” said Noor.

“We want the headquarters to revoke the list and allow party members to vet their won delegates before we can send the list to Nairobi and if this is not done then it might bring problems in the party,” he said.

Noor added that the process of selecting jubilee party delegates should be free, fair and transparent to avoid any fall outs within the party.

He also called on the party to ensure that it picks sober and informed delegates who can help it in realizing its agenda of uniting Kenyans.

“We must bring in fresh blood to lead the party because this will prove that the jubilee party is determined to change the political way of doing things in the country .We must not return people who have been in leadership before as party leaders because that will serve no difference from the old system,” he said
