The Patrick Makau Foundation will sponsor this year's best KCPE candidates from Heritage of Hope and Faith Children's Home in Mavoko Sub-County.
This was disclosed by the legislator who said orphans from the home were destined to be great people in the future hence required lots of love and support.
Makau who spoke on Thursday said he would do everything possible to ensure children at the eleven credible children charitable institutions in the constituency received the best care and treatment by both their management's and himself.
He said he had seen most of the organisations' objectives and did not have any reason to doubt their credibility.
Makau said the foundation is meant to ensure that needy but bright children get support to the best quality education arguing that education is the key to unlocking ones potential and moving out of poverty.
He said the first best two children from the institution would be taken up by the foundation for full education sponsorship in secondary and university.
Makau disclosed that the foundation currently pays in full school fees among other educational needs to 160 needy children from the constituency in secondary, middle colleges, tertiary colleges and universities across the country.
