Four men accused of vandalism and stealing have today appeared before Chief Magistrate John Njoroge at Kisii Law Courts.
The four who are security guards at Nyabururu Girls National School alleged jointly vandalised and stolen a starter, altimeter, and cartridge belonging to Nyamira District, Kenya Secondary School Heads Association bus at the school compound.
They are said to have been the night guards on duty when the crime which is contrary to section 275 of the Penal Code took place.
The parts which are still missing allegedly cost Sh250,000.
Joash Nyabuto, Wilfred Oganda, Boniface Onsare and Benson Ondabu had been released on a SH20,000 bond each after they pleaded not guilty to the offence.
The case was adjourned to December 11, 2014 when two other witnesses are set to testify.
