Eating for two

Your baby needs correct nutrition and not a lot of food.  It is recommended to ensure that you are eating a well-balanced diet to avoid health complications that are likely to arise in future. Remember gaining excessive weight leaves at the risk of suffering from different diseases.

Self-medication

Most pregnant women find themselves taking medicine on their own when they are pregnant. It is not good to take any type of medicine you come across during this period. Refrain from acne creams, antacids and paracetamol.

Lack of sleep

A pregnant woman needs to have adequate. If you want to sacrifice your sleep for work balance then you should think twice. Physical and hormonal changes tend to happen within the body when you become pregnant hence there is need to sleep for hours.

 Not exercising

 Workouts are necessary for pregnant women. Pregnant women need to hit the field or gym to train for a few hours to become healthier and stronger.
