1. Fetal position

The fetal sleeping position is preferred by many people but it is dangerous. The sleeping position can harm your body in different ways. It is often associated with neck and back pain. Furthermore, it can also restrict airflow and breathing over time. For you safety try other sleeping positions. 

2. Starfish

 Starfish sleeping position could leave you with pain in different parts of the body. It is commonly accompanied by earache. If you think you will spread your legs and arms to utilize the bed space for better sleep then this position could do you more harm than good. 

3. Right side while arms stretched out

The sleeping position is dangerous especially to pregnant women. It can stop the flow of blood to the fetus. In some cases, it can cause heart burns. Some people have reported shoulder, back and arm pain after sleeping this way.

4. On your front

 Avoid sleeping on your front.  The sleeping position is not only weird but also dangerous. It is often accompanied by difficulty in breathing. Pregnant women are at a higher risk if they sleep in this manner.
