1. Fruit Seeds

Most of our kitchens have fruit seeds. Seeds such as cherry pit contain high levels of a certain type of hydrogen cyanide popularly known as prussic acid, which impairs your metabolic rate hence making you vulnerable. The acid is not good for your health. It is advisable not to eat peach, apricot and ground pits because of the acid.

2. Rhubarb 

Rhubarb is another deadly foods that most of us keep in our kitchens without our knowledge. The foods produces oxalic acid that causes kidney stones.   Eleven pounds of leaves will lead to more problems that you can imagine. The less amount of the leaves will make you fall seriously ill hence they should be avoided at all costs.

3. Nutmeg

 Nutmeg is considered to be hallucinogenic. Consumption of 0.2 ounces of nutmeg can lead to different issues including convulsions. Eating an entire nutmeg can cause you to suffer from "nutmeg psychosis," which can affect different functions in your body if no action is taken in good time.

4. Sprout potatoes

 The leaves of sprout potatoes contained Glycoalkaloids. The compound causes a number of issues including cramping, diarrhea and headaches. The component is also found in nightshades. It is not advisable to eat sprout potatoes.
