Four people are nursing injuries in Kangundo level four hospital mortuary after having been involved in a road accident at Kathithyamaa area.
The accident has occurred today May 6. Confirming the accident, Kangundo base commander David Okisaye said that the accident involved a lorry which developed mechanical problems, lost control and veered off the road hitting electric posts.
He said that all four people who were on board in the lorry sustained injuries.
"The accident involved a lorry," said Okisaye.
He warned drivers plying through the route to be cautious when driving along the road. He also added that speed bumps will be put in place along the road to avoid rogue drivers from driving carelessly.
The injured were rushed to Kangundo level four hospital where they are recuperating.
