Four people were on Sunday morning found dead in Ruaraka, Nairobi County.
The victims of the attack were shot in the chest and head.
Nairobi police boss Japhet Koome confirmed the killings, saying unknown assailants may have killed the victims and they are investigating the incidents. Some Ruaraka residents, however, said ethnic profiling was taking place in the area.
"This seems like ethnic profiling because all those shot are from one community and we are now scared that things may get worse because there are rumours there could be more bodies," a local told The Star.
