There comes a time when you want to get pregnant. Many women are emotionally tortured because they cannot get pregnant. Failing to get pregnant does not necessarily mean you are barren or your husband is impotent. It is not mandatory to seek for medical attention if you are not getting pregnant. 1. Stress
Stress is among the common inhibitors of getting pregnant. Women who are stressed experience hormonal imbalance. Studies have proven that women under stress are less likely to get pregnant. It is therefore, advisable to find ways of dealing with stress if at all you would like to become pregnant a few months down the line
2. Sleep deprivation
Sleep deprivation has several negative effects on your body. Lack of sleep can lead to stress. Individuals who do not get enough sleep at night have weaker immune systems. Once your immune system has been weakened, chances of becoming pregnant tend to reduce over time.
3. Weight issues
Underweight and overweight women are at risk of not getting pregnant. Weight issues have proven to have significant effects on an individual’s fertility level. Developing and maintaining a healthy diet becomes necessary for women who want to get pregnant.
4. Cycle confusion
A good number of women do not understand their cycles. Women need to conduct research on their cycles in order to get pregnant.
