Education levels in Nyaribari Chache are now set to improve after the area MP revealed that more than four primary schools in the area will be elevated to boarding school.

Speaking on Tuesday while handing over the recently revamped Nyamage primary school classes area MP Richard Tong’i said that he will ensure that more schools in the area get the same.

He said that by January Nyamage primary school will be a boarding and more are under construction to ensure their facility accommodates students at all the times.

“This is the beginning of my journey towards ensuring that schools in the area get a new face and more students learn locally and ensure more placement in our schools,” he added.

The MP said that they have already set aside over Sh25 million for upgrading schools and their sole aim is to improve on the quality of education in the area.

The legislator said that they have already identified schools with a bigger potential and land that can hold more buildings and they will release the list once the upgrading is done.
