Four security officers have been arraigned before a Mombasa Court to answer to charges of murder.
Julius Mwadenge, Jared Odhiambo, Joshua Odhuno and Chris Kato Gasa, a Ugandan citizen, are accused of murdering Mr Kapera Obedi.
The prosecution told the court that the four accused persons, allegedly committed the offense on diverse dates between July 23 and July 24, this year.
The prosecution further said that the four accused persons, all employees of Texas alarms, committed the alleged crime at Ganjoni area in Mombasa County.
The accused persons however pleaded not guilty before Lady Justice Dora Chepkwony and filed to be released on bond pending the next case hearing.
Justice Chepkwony ordered the four to be released on a bond of Sh500,000 each.
Justice Chepkwony also directed that Mr Kato to surrender his passport to the court and also present a Kenyan assurity.
The case will be heard on September 6, this year.
