Kissing is good for your overall health. During kissing, your levels of cholesterol will improve. A study conducted in 2009 and published in the Western Journal of Communication, kissing was proven to reduces levels of cholesterol and improve your relationship.   

3. Adrenaline release

Kissing often leads to the release of adrenaline. Deep kisses are often accompanied by excitement. The body normally jumps into an overdrive and releases a burst of the hormone adrenaline whenever you are kissing your partners
