1.Telling white lies
Telling lies before your children is a grave mistake. Children need to be taught how to be honest. You do not expect your children to be honest when yourself you are not. Start nurturing your children, to be honest by being a good example.
2. Spending too much on your phone
Spending too much on your smartphone is one of the greatest mistakes you can make before your children. Kids tend to learn from their parents. Staying all the time on your Smartphone will only affect the performance of your children in school because they are likely to follow suit.
3. Undermine your partner
Children learn several things from their parents. Undermining your partner before your children are not good. Respect your spouse and the children will learn the same over time. You must be a role model to your kids all the time. Do not show any behavior that will make your children grow up in an unexpected way.
4. Having sex
Never engage in sex before your children. Do not assume that your children are too young to understand what is taking place. Kids look up to parents. They will learn different things from use including sexual habits over time. It is recommended to ensure that children are away before you have sex with your partner.
