1. Use Piping Hot Water

Hot water is not for your skin. According to Dr. Hadley King, dermatologist at NYC's SKINNEY Medspa, hot water has a drying effect on the skin. The water normally removes too many natural oils from the skin hence leaving your dry. The hydration effect will make you look less attractive at the end of the day. 

2. Showering for too long

 Do not take several hours in the bathroom in the name of showering.  An extra minute is the bathroom is not only time wasting but also dangerous for your health.  In addition, it is not recommended to shower more than once per day for the sake of your health.

3. Use A Scrub

 It is considered frustrating when you decide to lather up your hands using a scrub in the bathroom. The water will run down the scrub and destroy your skin before anything beneficial can happen. Make sure you avoid using the scrub to avoid skin related issues at the end of the day

4. Putting shampoo on wet hair

 Shampoo is good for your hair but it should not be used when the same is partially wet.  Ensure that the hair is fully drenched before applying shampoo. This is a must if you are using sulfate free shampoo.
