The decision by opposition leader Raila Odinga to settle on street protests, people's assemblies and general civil disorders to push for fresh polls has been backed by a section of Gusii leaders.
In the much anticipated announcement on Tuesday, Odinga insisted that he will not give peace to government until 'constitutionalism' is restored.
"There was no election and we must ensure that the country goes for polls. We shall not give the rogue government peace until they vacate," he said.
Odinga, who had withdrawn from the fresh presidential repeat poll over lack of reforms in IEBC, is however confident that the country will go for fresh elections in 90 days.
South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro said the move will ensure 'dictatorship' tendencies are thwarted by ordinary Kenyans.
"We are fully behind this course and that is the only way we can fight dictatorship," said the youthful legislator.
His west Mugirango counterpart Kemosi Mogaka added: " Jubilee does not control the majority and if civil disorder is the solution, so be it."
Even with an option to settle the dispute in the courts, NASA is however not interested to use the route even having succeeded in August.
