The submission was supposed to be tabled on Wednesday but the first petition Mr Chris Bichage failed to submit the application.The Judge Mr Anthony Ndung'u ordered Bichage to submit it on Thursday,Zaheer Jhanda and James Kenani had already submitted their application.
In their affidavits, the petitioner stated that the election was manipulated and some polling stations total number of votes for the MP were more than the registered number of voters.Zaheer Jhanda (Wiper) James Kenani (PDP) and Chris Bichage (ODM) filed a case in court to challenge the victory of Richard Tong'i (Jubilee).
