Just a few days after doctors talks with the government stalled over complaints from both side to reach an agreement on the infamous CBA 2013, fresh claims have emerged that Human Resource managers are masquerading as policemen to intimidate doctors.

Reliable sources from doctors in Makueni and Nairobi have revealed complains of being harassed.

"How can a policeman, a whole OCS be given my contacts to call and coerce me to go to work? This is incompetence! Am I a criminal?" said one of the doctors on condition of anonymity.

"They also sent policemen to search for me at night and asked me to report to work tomorrow without fail," said another doctor.

The doctors have said the HR managers posing as policemen are calling them on private numbers.

The doctors strike has taken more than three months.

After it seemed like there was going to be light at the end of the tunnel the talks stalled after doctors union leader claimed that the government failed to append their signatures on three crucial documents.

President Uhuru Kenyatta and the Council of Governors also reiterated that the new offer of 14.8 Billion and backdating their allowances from July 2016 had been withdrawn because of failed talks.
