Fresh autopsy report has now revealed that the late Mumias Sugar Legal Affairs manager Mr Ronald Lubya did not die from gunshot wounds as it had been claimed.

The post-mortem that was conducted at Avenue Hospital in Kisumu revealed that Lubya was hit by a blunt object severally leading to the breaking of his skull.

The autopsy was conducted by government regional pathologist doctor Solomon Sava, said they will give the autopsy report to Lubya's family.

"We shall avail the report to the family, for now you may get the details from them," said Sava.
