A petition has been filed by two voters before JSC seeking the removal of Supreme Court judgesJackton Ojwang and Njoki Ndungu.
The voters ants the two kicked due to gross misconduct allegations.
Francis Sakwa and Zacheus Okoth Oliech filed their petition on Monday, said that the judges' actions prompted the move.
According to the two, justice Ojwang's wife became a Principal Secretary immediately after the 2013 Supreme Court presidential election petition.
Before that, Jubilee Party had given her a direct ticket to vie for Migori woman representative.
They state that Ndung'u''s judgment during the presidential petition was written by someone else and that "it is a political manifesto of Jubilee" which has been used to unjustifiably amend the law.
Ojwang and Ndung'u disagreed with the majority determination that nullified the August 8 presidential election.
