Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leaders have maintained that Raila Odinga is still teh head of NASA coalition.

This is after ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi warned media houses against referring to Raila as the NASA leader amid the coalitions split speculations.

Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna has termed Mudavadi's directive as petty.

"ANC is being petty. A rose is a rose whatever name you call it. Raila is the Nasa leader andpeoples president. Period," Sifuna stated.

Musalia Mudavadi's aide, Kibisu Kabatesi, had asked media to stop referring to the former PM as "NASA leader", "NASA principal" and "NASA co-principal".

"ODM must take the bold step to officially vacate its membership in NASA since by promoting the Jubilee agenda at the expense of NASA’s stated objective to constitute a democratic government and not dictatorship, it is in continued violation of the PoliticalParties Act," Kabatesi declared.

A rift has emerged in NASA after Raila agreed to work with Prsident Uhuru Kenyatta, where the two leaders promised to unite the country.

The moved angered, NASA co-principals who claimed that they were not consulted by Raila before he made the move.

Mudavadi stated that, the truce between two leaders was an iondicator that ODM had moved to Jubilee and no longer an opposition outfit.
