"I received the ruling on Friday quashing my purported ten years ban from all football activities with so much joy.

The ruling was a landmark because it has exposed the petty management style we are currently experiencing in our football. It is sad that our football management has sunk so low to a point we have resorted to fighting any person who dares criticizes how things are run.

Personally, I went to court to fight my ban because I believed my right as a football lover and stakeholder and as a former President of the Football Kenya Federation had been trampled on.

There are many people out there today who cannot dare comment about the way football is run in Kenya because of the dictatorial way manner in which the leadership of the game operates.

We have allowed football goons calling themselves stakeholders to take over our social media and cyberspace fighting anybody who criticizes the football leadership in Kenya or with a dissenting opinion.

The media today fears to report on the rot in Kenyan football because of the backlash they will get from the social media goons employed by the football leadership.

Bob Munro, Ambrose Rachier, Jack Oguda, James Musyoki and myself were put on the chopping board because of our stand against the poor leadership of football in Kenya and the ruling on Friday has not only vindicated me but also everybody else who is not happy with the way the game is being managed in this country.

I retired from football management when I opted not to participate in the last elections that ushered in Nick Mwendwa, my former TMS Manager who I believed will take it to the next level.

Sadly, he has failed astronomically. I today announce that I am coming out of retirement courtesy of Nick Mwendwa who provoked me by purporting ten years ban on me from all football activities.

Together with people who are ready to save our game from the current autocratic and radar less leadership, we are going to work together to save Kenyan football from the current fall.
