A bar attendant was shot dead this morning during a robbery incident that took place in Babadogo area, Nairobi.

The gang ambushed the victim at 4 am when he was closing the business and tried to force their way in.

During a confrontation that ensued, the robbers shot him in the chest.

They then made away with an unknown amount of money and escaped on foot.

Police later arrived at the scene and are carrying out investigations.
