Youths in Gatundu North, who have attained 18 years, have been urged to register for voting cards for them to be able to exercise their constitutional rights.

Speaking at Ngorongo and Makwa shopping centre Gatundu North election coordinator, Rosemary Njoki, said registration of voters is now a continuous process.

At the same time Njoki revealed that more than 200 new voters have registered in Gatundu North.

“Registering as a voter helps you to vote for the leader of your choice. The person who you fell will be able to serve you well,” noted Njoki.

She further said that they will visit community and learning institutions sensitising people on the need to register as voters.

She further noted that they are training people on how to mark ballot papers especially the elderly.

“When you are going to register as voters remember to carry your national ID card or passport,” said Njoki.
