Speaking during a breakfast show on Thursday,Gikaria said after the collapse of all the cases facing Kenyans at the Hague based court it is time the country reconsiders its membership in the Rome statute which brought forth the ICC.

Gikaria added that it was evident that the ICC did not conduct investigations into the post election violence but were motivated by the powers that be to victimize certain people.

He said the decision by the Assembly of State parties (ASP) not to allow the prosecution to admit recanted evidence in the cases which was facing deputy president William Ruto and former radio presenter Joshua arap Sang further watered down the court's image as a justice dispenser.
