Gikaria has specifically pin-pointed Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang over his conduct in the house.

The legislator said Kajwang is a member of the Speaker’s panel who should observe decorum in the house at all times.

As a member of the privileged panel, Gikaria said, the MP showed disrespect for the same house orders he is supposed to enhance.

He said he will table a motion to have Kajwang punished for his conduct.

“What Kajwang has done today is unthinkable considering that he is a member of the respected Speaker’s Panel. We as Jubilee will not sit and listen to him chairing sessions,” Gikaria said.

The TNA MP was speaking to the press at Parliament building on Thursday evening.

TJ Kajwang was among MPs who whistling down the President disruption his speech in the August house.
