Inuka Trust Kenya CEO John Githongo now says no one can believe that DP William Ruto is committed towards fight against graft given continuous scandals associating him with the vice.

Githongo, who was speaking during KTN on Sunday said that the only way to solve the corruption puzzle is by leaders desisting from pushing for their personal interest.

"When the deputy president says he is going to fight corruption Kenyans laugh," he said.

"The issue of corruption should be fixed by avoiding issues of personal interest among the President and the Deputy President, cabinet secretaries and other senior government officials," he added

The anti-corruption campaigner has now called for an audit on the top leadership from both the opposition and the government linking them with massive graft.

"The business interest of this individuals, their families and friends are a subject to a thorough audit," he said

"Most of our politicians including those in the opposition are the people who are doing business with the government. This is why you hear that those involved in this corruption scandals are those close to the leadership of this country," he added.
