Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire has appealed to his constituents to remain patient as his leadership puts more effort to complete projects ahead of the 2017 polls.
Bosire, who spoke to the writer on phone said he was determined to ensure all roads under construction were rectified in time to boost transportation.
The ODM national treasurer also urged residents to desist from politicking developmental projects, saying the habit would derail work being initiated by his regime.
“I have a plan for every region and people should not hijack it. I am determined to ensure all projects initiated by my regime are completed in time before 2017 polls,” he said.
“We should desist from politicising development because that is not the right way to go. We all want a prosperous constituency where development takes center stage,” he added.
“It sometimes sounds ridiculous when someone questions construction of a certain road yet the constructors are on site. Let us work together on matters development,” he said.
He also urged residents to let him work for them before engaging in politics which he said were months away.
“Time for politics hasn’t come and we must respect that. Let us first work for the people before engaging in politics,” he added.
