Ndile says that Cord’s rigging claims are misplaced and meant to achieve selfish agendas.

According to the former lawmaker, Cord knows that it is going to lose terribly in the 2017 elections and is looking for excuses.

In an interview with  Kameme FM on Monday, Ndile said that Cord’s false claims could raise fears in the country.

He claimed that the opposition is known for using propaganda to win Kenyans support.

“Cord’s claims that Jubilee plans to rig the 2017 elections are malicious and meant to gain political sympathy from voters,” he said.

The former TIP Party said that Cord's leaders are known to complaining before the elections.

"Raila and his team should give the Jubilee government a break and stop spreading false claims," he added during the interview.

Ndile asked Cord to provide evidence of rigging. The former MP said that Cord depends on propaganda to survive politically.

The former MP who is seeking the Mavoko parliamentary seat stated said that Jubilee Party will win clean in 2017.

“Jubilee Party will win in 2017 and the win will not be as a result of rigging,” he added.

Ndile who is leading Jubilee Party campaigns in Ukambani said that Kenyans are happy with Jubilee government development agenda and will re-elect President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2017.

Last week Cord claimed a plot by Jubilee government to rig the 2017 polls.

Cord management committee led by Siaya senator James Orengo, his Machakos counterpart Johnson Muthama and Tongaren MP Eseli Simuyu alleged that Jubilee government is secretly holding meetings with IEBC secretariat to influence the outcome of the 2017 polls.

Cord has since called for a halt in procurement of election materials saying that the exercise should be done when IEBC chairperson and commissioners are appointed to office.

Jubilee government has since rubbished Cord’s rigging claims terming them as malicious propaganda meant to derail government development agenda.
