Uasin Gishu woman representative Gladys Shollei and her counter part from Homa Bay Gladys Wanga have expressed sorrow following the death of Murang'a woman representative, Sabina Chege's mother.Chege's mother, Susan Wairimu, 68, died on Thursday night after she was involved in a road accident on Kangari-Kandara road.The politician's father, Chege Mutema, who was with the deceased at the time of the accident has been admitted at Aga Khan Hospital in a critical condition.The two politicians have sent their condolence messages to the family of the bereaved."My deepest condolences to my sister @SABINACHEGE for the loss of her mum earlier this evening. May the Lord hold you and give you comfort," said Uasin Gishu woman representative Gladys Shollei.She added, "Dearest Sabina. I am truly saddened by your loss. My family and I are standing with you in prayer. The Lord hold you and comfort you and the rest of your family members."Homa Bay woman representative noted the deceased was well known to her."Hon @ SABINACHEGE I am deeply saddened by the sudden loss of your mum who is well known to me. My deepest condolences," Wanga said.Former Jubilee party legislator Priscillah Nyokabi wrote, "We send prayers and love to @SABINACHEGE and family at this time. We pray for strength for you and quick recovery for your dad."
