Firebrand Homa Bay Women Representative Gladys Wanga has finally broken her silence after the dramatic meeting between President Uhuru Kenyatta and veteran opposition leader Raila Odinga.
Speaking in her county today (Saturday), she said that the decision by Raila Odinga to meet his political arch-nemesis, President Uhuru Kenyatta was motivated by a need to move the country forward.
''I believe he has the best interest of the country at heart. We don't have to be cynical about the development. For us, we will support him in whatever action he takes,'' Honourable Gladys Wanga said.
This comes in the wake of great public debate and controversy generated by the meeting between Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta.
Pundits have warned that the development could sound a death knell to the opposition alliance, NASA.
